Renda Residence

During my time at House of One, I had the opportunity to contribute to the design of this residence, focusing on the creation of custom furniture and architectural details. Utilizing AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape, I helped visualize and develop bespoke pieces that seamlessly integrate with the project’s architectural language—merging function, craftsmanship, and aesthetic harmony.

This residence embodies a refined dialogue between modern sophistication and soft classical detailing. The design celebrates restraint through a neutral foundation, enriched by layered textures and subtle tonal contrasts. Muted greens, brushed brass, and natural stone introduce warmth and depth, creating a serene yet elevated atmosphere throughout the home.

Architectural millwork and sculptural furnishings establish rhythm and cohesion, while thoughtful lighting enhances the interplay between material and form. The result is a home that feels timeless yet distinctly modern—an expression of quiet luxury and refined balance.
