Casa Marea

This residence embodies the intersection of sculptural architecture and serene minimalism—a study in balance, proportion, and material purity. Designed to celebrate natural light and spatial continuity, the home reveals a seamless connection between interior and exterior, blurring boundaries through expansive glazing, textural stone, and warm wood accents.

Throughout the design process, I utilized Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp to develop architectural plans, spatial layouts, and custom furniture elements that supported the home’s sculptural narrative. Using Enscape and Lumion, I produced immersive renderings that captured the subtle shifts of daylight, material tone, and atmosphere—allowing the design intent to be experienced as both tactile and emotive.

The interior palette embraces quiet luxury through restraint: layered neutrals, refined textures, and natural finishes that enhance the sense of calm sophistication. Architectural details and millwork are designed with precision to emphasize the rhythm of light and shadow, while a minimalist approach ensures that each material speaks with clarity and purpose.

The result is a residence that feels timeless yet grounded—a sanctuary where craftsmanship meets stillness, and every surface, proportion, and reflection contributes to an enduring sense of harmony and balance.
