This residence, in the heart of Coral Gables, is an exploration of harmony between contemporary architecture and organic warmth. The design captures the essence of modern living through the use of soft forms, natural materials, and balanced contrast. Each space was crafted to feel calm, intentional, and connected—inviting light to become an active design element throughout the home.

A neutral architectural palette serves as the foundation, layered with textural woods, stone, and tactile fabrics to create an atmosphere of quiet sophistication. The interplay of color—ranging from muted neutrals to bold, saturated accents—adds depth and individuality to each room while maintaining a cohesive visual flow.

Throughout the design process, I utilized AutoCAD to develop technical drawings and spatial layouts, SketchUp to model and refine custom millwork and architectural details, and Enscape to render the spaces with precision and realism. I also incorporated the exploration of AI within Enscape, using its evolving visualization capabilities to test light, color, and texture variations, enhancing both conceptual ideation and final presentation.

The result is a residence that celebrates proportion and materiality—a timeless composition where innovation and craftsmanship coexist. Every element, from the sculptural furniture to the subtle lighting, contributes to a unified narrative of serenity and refined modernity.
